How to use?
As a COLD COMPRESS

1. Simply keep the SaCha’s TheraSpice Hot & Cold Compress in the freezer section of your refrigerator.
2.  Allow the SaCha’s TheraSpice Hot & Cold Compress to cool for at least 24 hours before you start using it as a cold  compress.
3. Apply the compress to the affected area for pain relief.
4.  Use as many times in the day as desired.
5. Once you finish using it as a cold compress, place your SaCha’s TheraSpice Hot & Cold Compress back into the freezer for subsequent use.

As a HOT COMPRESS

1.  To use SaCha’s TheraSpice Hot & Cold Compress as a hot compress, remove the compress from the freezer.
2.  Allow it to reach room temperature.
3.  Then remove it from its packaging and heat it in the microwave oven or on a griddle or pan on a low flame till it reaches the desired warmth. (Around 2-3 minutes)
4.  Apply the compress to the affected area for pain relief.
5.  Use as many times in the day as desired.
6.  Once you finish using it as a hot compress, cool your SaCha’s TheraSpice Hot & Cold Compress and then place it back into the freezer for subsequent use.
