While there are many stresses and strains that come with being the boss – bearing in mind that not every decision you make will always be right – the feeling of accomplishment that comes when your business succeeds as a result of your instincts and your hard work of course, makes it all so very worthwhile.
We, Savlyene & Charlyene launched our first entrepreneurial venture SaCha’s TheraSpice on 26th Jan 2018. Our mother, Charmaine D’souza (Consultant Naturopath Dietitian & Clinical Nutritionist) has been using herbs and spices therapeutically in her recipes for spice mixes and infusions which are all geared towards improving the health of her clients. We have always wanted to ‘pay it forward’ by helping and healing other people. The idea that we could make a career and start an optimistic entrepreneurship by developing and curating a wide range of therapeutic herb and spice-based products was thrilling to us, considering our educational background in nutrition, holistic health and yoga. So that’s how SaCha’s TheraSpice was born at the start of 2018. Our aim is to help people become and continue to stay healthy and pain-free. We have incorporated the therapeutic benefits of seeds, herbs and spices into our product line called SaCha’s TheraSpice…For Good Health Always!!! It is an innovative product line for soothing away your aches and pains.
A healthy lifestyle and strength-building exercise patterns are being adopted very readily by people world-over. However, dull aches and niggling pains continue to be the bane of most people’s lives.
